Preparation recipe cream stand neutral
You need for a normal cake
- Ø 26 cm 75 g cream stand neutral cream stand / Ø 28 cm king size 150 g
- 100 g water / King Size 200g
- Flavor carriers about 15-25 g / King Size 30-50g (flavor carriers are not included in the scope of delivery)
- 0.5 liter cream / Kingsize 1 L
- 1 cake base
Preparation:
Place the cake base in a suitable cake form pan
Put the water in a bowl and add the cream mixture, stir well until everything is dissolved. Then fold in the whipped cream until everything is well mixed, then place in the prepared baking pan and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
